AHNA/Comprehensive Plan
Local data from the Affordable Housing Needs Assessment (AHNA) to assist in the development of the Housing Element of comprehensive plans. The AHNA provides most of the data required for the Housing Element under Section 9J-5 of the Florida Administrative Code (FAC). Users can download pre-formatted data reports for cities and unincorporated areas or create custom requests for data on housing supply, household demographics, and population projections.
HUD Consolidated Plan
Provides 2000 U.S. Census data to assist local and county governments in developing the HUD Consolidated Plan required for participation in the CDBG, ESG, HOME, and HOPWA formula grant programs. Includes links to Consolidated Plan information and examples of plans from Florida communities.
Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan
Provides 2000 U.S. Census data on the housing needs of families in Florida communities to assist public housing agencies in developing the housing needs component of the annual PHA plan for HUD. Includes links to HUD resources to assist PHAs in preparing their plans.
