Notes: Entry-Level Worker wage is the average wage earned by the lowest third of all workers in the occupation.
Experienced Worker wage is the average earned by the upper two-thirds of workers in the occupation.
To be consistent with geographic designations in the HUD Fair Market Rent and Bureau of Labor Statistics data,
the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach MSA is divided into three areas:
Fort Lauderdale (Broward County),
Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall (Miami-Dade County),
and West Palm Beach-Boca Raton (Palm Beach County).
Statewide FMRs come from the National Low Income Housing Coalition's Out of Reach report and are averages
weighted by the number of renters in each county.
