Where to Find Data on this Site

  1. The Assisted Housing Inventory (AHI) page contains several tools allowing users to find information about subsidized multi-family housing. The AHI-General tool allows the user to search for assisted housing complexes by one or more cities and counties, type of program, or population served, such as elderly, persons with disabilities, farmworkers, or fishing workers. The AHI-Preservation tool provides details about expiring periods of affordability for assisted housing developments. The HUD Prepayment, Opt-Out and Refinancing Database lists affordable rental housing developments that were funded under a HUD program and have prepaid the mortgage, refinanced the mortgage, opted out of a rental assistance contract, or notified HUD of a potential opt-out.
  2. Part IIIA of the AHNA Quick Report shows the project name, address, city, county, total units, subsidized units, occupant types, and funding sources for all assisted complexes in a single county.
  3. The 2010 Rental Market Study compares the number and location of rental housing units assisted by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and of the full inventory of state- and federally-assisted rental housing units with demand by low-income renter households.
