Where to Find Data on this Site

  1. The Demographics section of the Profiles area includes a listing of the Number of Housing Units, while the Housing Stock Characteristics section includes a table of Properties by Type.
  2. The General Unit Characteristics tool provides data on a variety of supply-related characteristics, including owner costs, rent, conditions, year built, type of units, projected demand and need by type, and vacancy and occupancy status.
  3. The AHNA Quick Report provides data on a variety of characteristics, including units by vacancy and occupancy status, type, tenure, age, rent, value, owner costs, and cost burden. It also provides data on housing condition and substandard units. It also lists inventories of assisted housing units and public housing.
  4. The Construction and Sales tool also offers a variety of supply-related characteristics, including total units and properties, homesteaded properties, new construction, age of units and properties, size of units and properties, assessed and just value, and home sales by price and year. The information and accompanying analysis are also available in printed form in the annual State of Florida's Housing report.
