



This term is used two ways on this site: 1) "Construction Demand" refers to the number of units needed to house a particular group of households, and 2) "Demand-side elements" refers to characteristics of Florida households, including age of householder, size of household in persons, cost burden, tenure, and income, to distinguish these elements from those related to housing supply.
