for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC). Main report includes data on cost-burdened renter households, comparisons of FHFC and federally

d rental housing supply to low-income renter households, and characteristics of market-rate multi-family housing.
Contains median income and a
list of income limits, adjusted by household size, for HUD subsidized housing programs for each Florida metropolitan area and non-metropolitan
county. Categories include 30% of area median income, "very low-income" (50% of median income), and "low-income" (80% of median income). A number of other
housing subsidy programs also use these limits.
