We've rolled out changes to our website. Check out these new data tools

Assisted Housing Inventory Historical Information: Shows the properties that have entered and exited Florida's assisted housing stock since 2004.
Manufactured Housing Parks: Data on location and size of state-licensed manufactured housing parks by county.
Condominiums: Data on location, number of units, and conversion dates of condominium developments by county.

The Construction and Sales data tool now has full 2007 data on properties and sale prices, plus preliminary 2008 data on units by age, type, and valuation.

We've also released The State of Florida's Assisted Rental Housing report, which traces the changes to Florida's subsidized housing stock since the 1960s and discusses preservation risks to older assisted housing properties.

We've added Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data regarding home purchase, home improvement and refinancing lending in Florida cities and counties. The new dataset includes information about loan volume and amounts, lending activity by race and ethnicity, "high cost" (such as subprime) lending, and reasons for loan denials.
